About Us:

Envision Entertainment has worked extremely hard to be among the top of most bride’s and groom’s lists when looking for an affordable and top notch wedding entertainment company. Since 2004, Envision Entertainment has been responsible for an average of 32 successful weddings per year, numerous school dances, countless memorials, golf outings, and music for pom routines throughout the state. This may not seem like a lot but that was with only 3 employees. In 2008 we did 41 weddings, 3 high school proms, and countless other smaller events. During this time we were able to properly train 6 more individuals and make them a valuable part of our team. This has also given us the ability to do up to 3 events on any given day, and hopefully train more individuals. We are always looking for talented video editors, graphic designers, DJs, and even everyday people that enjoy making others happy during their special occasion.

Videography Services:

Each of our video packages only offer the "best of the best". You can expect to have a minimum of 2 Sony High Definition Video Cameras taping your event and capturing shots from all angles. Our videographers will meet with you prior to your event to go over any special shots that you would like us to capture. Please contact us with any general questions so we may schedule an independent meeting with you to discuss all available options.

Then, using high-end video editing programs and state of the art computers, we are able to capture and edit any video medium. Are there certain effects that you'd really like to see in your video? Just let us know prior to the beginning of production, what you like and we will incorporate it into your video. If you don't have any preferences we can edit your video ourselves to create the perfect blend of audio and video. Our Video editing services typically take about 6 to 8 weeks to complete after all materials are submitted.

Prices range from $500-$2200 and the packages are described below.

Ceremony Package: This package costs $500 and is recording at just the ceremony. It is very basic, and that is why it is much cheaper than any of the other packages. It includes 2 cameras for 2 different angles. The ceremony will be shot in its entirety and put onto DVD. Three copies of the DVD are included.

Reception Package: This package costs $1500 and it is for recording at the reception. It also includes 2 cameras, again, for 2 different angles. There is much more editing involved in this, which is why the increase in price. We utilize small sections of video from each of the cameras to summarize all of the main events of the reception (i.e. introductions, cutting of cake, speeches, first dance, etc). Average run time of all edited material is typically 30-35 min. Three copies of the DVD are included.

Full-Day Coverage Package: This package costs $2000. This is our most popular package (mainly because it is included in our "3-for-1" package of Video, DJ, and Slideshow for $2500). This package is full-day coverage. Our two videographers and their cameras meet with each the bride and groom at their individual dressing locations in the morning (or early afternoon) and begin taping there, capturing all of the highlights from getting dressed (PG rated of course), doing hair, taking pictures with family, etc...up until you leave for the ceremony. The entire ceremony is then recorded with the 2 cameras and edited. If you are going somewhere for pictures after the ceremony, a videographer will follow you to capture footage there, while the other heads to the reception site to capture empty shots of the hall for editing purposes. Your arrival at the reception site is captured as well as all of the highlights of the night (i.e. introductions, cutting of cake, speeches, first dances, bouquet & garter, etc.). Average run time is typically 35-45 minutes of all the edited material, plus the length of the entire ceremony, which time greatly varies. Three copies of the DVD are included.

Blu-Ray Package: This package costs $2200. This final package is becoming very popular as technology gets better and better. It is the same as the package above but you will receive one extra disc on a BLU-RAY High Definition DVD. With Blu-Ray finally winning the battle for the sole HD source we have made the jump into the newest format. It takes about 24 hours just to render the final video into a format for BLU-RAY which is why the jump in price from the package above. During this day of video rendering we are unable to use our system for anything else so mainly we are charging just for the time it takes (since we can't do any other work) and the cost of the Blu-Ray disc (currently $25 each).

Our video editing services typically take about 6-8 weeks to complete after all the materials are submitted to us.

Here are some sample videos from weddings done last year. Please note the quality has been sacrificed because it isn’t possible to upload file sizes as large as needed for an HD wedding video. DJ Services:

We accommodate all types of events: Weddings, School Dances, Block Parties, Corporate Functions, Holiday Parties, Graduation Parties and any other special occasion that you would ever want a DJ present for. We offer flexible packages to meet everyone's budget. We feature an extensive music library all on our high end "Sony Vaio" laptops.

Our music library right now is over 80,000 songs and over 5000 music videos ranging from the big band era to the most current hits of today. The musical tastes of any age group will be satisfied.

We use an 8ft projection screen with a projector or our large LCD TVs to play these music videos and when the music videos are not playing we have “screensavers” up saying things like: Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. “Last Name” or we can play the slideshow that we have prepared, or have countless other effects occupying the screens. It adds a whole new level of excitement to all of our events and we believe it is part of the reason why people are talking about us.

Our DJing rate is a flat $150/hour. It is the same price for weddings, school dances, and grandpa’s birthday party.

We are working on assembling some DJ footage from our events for a sample video and will post it as soon as it has been completed.

Slideshow Services:

It’s really rather simple.

The price to produce the slideshow is $150 and the price to present the slideshow is $150.

We don't charge per picture or anything like that. However, we just want to let you know that a good length of a slideshow is between 7 and 10 minutes which would equate to 70-100 pictures. The math is 10 pictures per minute.

Please note: If we will be responsible for scanning any pictures, there will be an additional charge of .25 / picture after 100. So the first 100 pictures are free and picture 101 would increase the production price by .25 to $150.25.
